Provence Mills has partnered with Café 422 as the exclusive caterer for our venue - we've even invited them to take over our kitchen so everything is cooked fresh on-site!
They are loved in the greater Youngstown area and have been in business for over 80 years. Café 422 has two locations - one in Warren and one in Boardman. We are honored to have them as our exclusive caterer for our clients.

How do I find out more information about your venue and pricing?
We would love to share our Wedding Information packet and Catering Menu with you- all you have to do is ask! Send us an email at info@provencemills.com and we will send it as soon as possible. To help us better serve you, all event inquiries must be submitted via email or through our Contact Us page on this website (not via phone or social media).
Can I schedule a tour to see the venue?
Yes! We would love to show you the space! Please contact us at info@provencemills.com or use the Schedule A Venue Tour option on this website to schedule your appointment. All venue tours are by appointment only as we do not have regularly scheduled office hours.
I sent an email but haven't heard back yet - what should I do?
We are typically pretty quick to respond to emails but, unfortunately, many times when we respond to emails, they go to the Spam folder so, be sure to check there! If you don't see a response there try emailing again or feel free to give us a call and leave a voicemail and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Our clients are our top priority so we will never leave an email or call go without a response so, if you're not hearing from us, it's because we didn't get it!
Can I host just a ceremony there and not the reception.
We reserve our ceremony location for our reception clients only and do not allow a ceremony-only event.
How much does it cost to host a wedding with you?
The cost of your wedding will vary greatly depending on what day of the week you are hosting your wedding, the menu and beverage packages you choose, and your final guest count. Please send us an email so we can gather some additional details and put together a price estimate for you.
We require dietary restrictions for our menu. Will you still be able to cater our wedding?
Absolutely! Cafe 422 has a wide variety of menu selections to choose from and can even custom create a menu for you! They're regular menu is amazing but they've also done a wonderful job creating everything from Mediterranean specialties to burger and taco bars for our clients.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
Our state liquor license strictly prohibits any outside liquor to be brought on premises. The good news though is that we offer four different beverage packages to fit every budget!
Do you have a bridal suite?
We have what we lovingly refer to as our She-Shed. It's not large enough for your bridal party to get ready in; however, you can come before the ceremony to put on your dress and do final hair and make-up touches. This is where you and your bridal party will be hidden away until you walk down the aisle.
